I'd like to say thank you to those who have volunteered to try the Erotic Ga Empowerment distance session with me. I did three of them last night and they went very well. It always amazes me how different each session is - like feeling hot spots in certain areas and then when working on the next person, those spots are gone or found elsewhere. Very interesting...

I still have a few of you to get to, but as tonight is Chat night at Mernac, we'll have to arrange to do the sessions tomorrow night instead.

After Care and Cleansing Period

After receiving your energy session you might experience a cleansing. This is generally all of the built-up negativity stored in your body and manifesting itself as illness, temper or depression being released from your system. This negativity can be in the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual form. Again, everyone is different so everyone will experience this differently. For example, this could be an emotional release of pent up feelings through a good cry-fest, a cold to get rid of the toxins in your body, or even increased trips to the bathroom, need for more sleep, headaches and stomach upsets. In any case, this is a good thing as your body is cleaning itself out making you ready and more balanced for your new journey. To help ease any symptoms of a cleansing, it is recommended to avoid such things as red meat, alcohol, coffee, tobacco and fried foods. Get lots of rest and drink plenty of water. And most of all get more Reiki! If you are attuned, self-heal every day and if you have gotten a treatment get more. You might have cleansed all the negativity out of your system but the stresses of day-to-day living soon build up more, so seek regular treatments. If you do, your future cleansings won’t be so rough. And you’ll maintain a balanced, happier and more satisfied you.

What to Expect During Your Distance Session

Each of us is different, so the energy session will feel differently for everyone.

When receiving a session, my clients report feeling everything from warmth/heat flowing into them, tingling or buzzing through their body, or a cool and soothing sensation washing over them. It could be any of these, or any combination of these, or something completely different altogether. And then there are some people who feel nothing at all.

For me, I get a sensation of comforting liquid heat flowing through me, radiating throughout my body and intensifying in my problem areas.

Whatever you feel or don’t feel, you should experience a deep sense of relaxation, calm and well being while receiving this energy.

How to Prepare for Your Erotic Ga Empowerment or Distance Reiki Session

If you have a busy lifestyle and can’t set aside some private alone time to fully enjoy your distance session, you can continue to go about your activities while I send the energy and work on you through the ethereal planes. It will still work just fine.

But if you would like to be fully aware of the experience, to savour each sensation, then once your appointment had been confirmed, be mindful of this event about to take place in your life. Eat well, rest as much as you can, and drink plenty of water, as this will help ease the cleansing that might take place afterwards. Then about 10 or 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, find someplace quiet to relax where you won’t be disturbed. Light candles or play soft music if you’d like to set the mood. Close your eyes; clear your mind of clutter and concentrate on what is about to take place, becoming aware of all the sensations in your body. Then wait to feel me enter your personal energy field and enjoy the soothing experience.

What is an Erotic Ga Empowerment and How Does it Work?
